Cuffed / Support
How can we help?
Cuffed is a private shared space for two. We can help with accounts, partner connections, shared content, notifications, and Cuffed+.
Partner connection
Create your space, share the invite code with your person, and have them join from their own Cuffed account. A space supports two people.
Cuffed+
Subscriptions are purchased through Apple. Use Restore Purchases in Cuffed if you reinstall or move to another device. Apple controls billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and trial eligibility.
Privacy and export
You can request a data export or account deletion from inside Cuffed. Account deletion and App Store subscription cancellation are separate actions.
Contact support
Tell us what happened, the device and iOS version you are using, and the Cuffed username associated with the issue. Please do not send your password or App Store credentials.
